Technical Assistance for the Establishment of the Serbian Energy Efficiency: Assistance to establish the Serbian Energy Efficiency Agency during the first year of operations. ECNet has particularly assisted in designing and launching the programme: "Energy Efficiency in Municipalities and regional utilities".
