Romania


Technical and Economic Potential of RES in Romania (EU Phare 2008-2009): Assessing the potential for renewable energy sources (RES) and studying and developing a set of measures that would enable Romania to meet its RES development.

Analysis of the Renewable Energy Sector in Romania (PETROM, Romanian/Austrian Oil Company): Identification and analysis of business models within the Romanian RES market. 

Technical Assistance in Project Supervision and Monitoring - Energy: Monitoring and supervision of on-going EU Phare funded energy sector projects over a 12 months period. The assistance included preparation of new projects under the 2001 programme.
