Assistance for Implementation of Heat Planning in Municipalities: Development, design, implementation and administration of a Technical Assistance Facility encompassing help desk assistance in relation to municipal energy planning and paying out of grant elements to municipalities.

Capacity Building in the Lithuanian District Heating Sector: Development of management and project development skills in the Lithuanian District Heating Sector and internal capacity building within the Lithuanian District Heating Association. The main component was the development and implementation of a long-term project cycle training programme for project developers.  

Fuel Conversion and Heat Infrastructure Modernization: Planning and preparation of heat sector modernisation and fuel conversion (from fuel oil to biomass) at 14 sites within 10 municipalities. The project covered the preparation of necessary project documentation needed to apply for funding from the EU Structural Funds

Fuel Study regarding Biomass Resources in Raseiniai: Assistance to the Municipality of Raseniai in assessing the availability of biomass resources in the area of Raseniai with regard to establishing future biomass supply to Raseniai District Heating Plant.

Joint Implementation in Industry, Danisco Sugar Lithuania :  Development of a full-scale industrial JI project, including preparation of PIN and PDD. Training of staff from the Lithuanian central authorities in relation to management of JI projects using the project as a case study. The purpose was to investigate, test and demonstrate the industrial aspect of Joint Implementation as a CO2 trading / energy efficiency financing mechanism between Denmark and Lithuania.  

District Heating Master Plan Project Palanga - Financing:   Guidance to the Municipality of Palanga in relation to the leasing out of the municipal district heating company to a private operator.  

Danish - Lithuanian Industrial Business Promotion Programme for stimulating cleaner technology and reducing waste, energy and water usage: Development of practical implemented environmental, and economical efficient solutions for textile industries and connected public water works, wastewater treatment plants, energy supply plants, and waste facilitates.
