Energy Management in Public Buildings: Capacity building on energy management within governmental and municipal organisations, including implementation of demonstration projects and development of guidelines and action plans. 

Straw for Energy: Monitoring and Evaluation of a straw-fired boiler plant in Saulaine installed as a Danish grant, - including recommendations for future optimised operation and dissemination of experience.   

Capacity Building in Energy Statistics: Assistance to the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia (CSB) in producing energy statistics fulfilling the international requirements of EU and IEA and which at the same time is adequate for energy planning in Latvia and for regulation of the energy sector.
