Long-Term Assistance to the Estonian Energy Market Inspection: Capacity building enabling the Estonian Energy Market Inspection to carry out its regulatory duties efficiently in a liberalised energy market, and in accordance with EU Directives and Estonian competition and energy laws.

National Strategy for Utilisation of Combined Heat and Power: Support to the Estonian Ministry of Economy (Dept. of Energy) in developing and preparing a national energy strategy for utilisation of gas and bio-energy based CHP.  

Biomass fired demonstration CHP Plant (1.8 MWe): Assistance to the planning and implementation of the very first biomass-fired CHP plant (1.8 MWe) in Estonia (conversion from coal and oil to wood fuel). 

Conversion of a 25 MW HFO Boiler Plant to Biomass, Keila Soojus: Planning and implementation, including technical and financial analysis, and preparation of tender documents.  

Preparation for EU Funds - Energy Efficiency: Technical assistance aiming at i mproving the ability of local players to develop and implement municipal EE and RES projects. Supporting central authorities in planning and implementing grant schemes for energy efficiency in municipalities.

Feasibility Study of biogas plant at EKSEKO pig farm: Full-scale feasibility study for production of electricity from biogas at the largest pig farm (EKSEKO) in Estonia.
