Czech Republic


Assessment of the EU Phare Energy Programme: Assessment of energy projects in the Czech Republic on behalf of the EU Phare programme. Review of the establishment of an independent regulatory body and draft energy laws. 

Evaluation of the Phare Energy Saving Fund: Evaluation of the PHARE Energy Saving Fund, and the drawing up of recommendations for its future management by a Czech bank and its future structure.
