The Baltic Sea States


Coordination of the regional Baltic-21 Energy Joint Action 1 Programme: The programme aims at increased production and use of biomass in the Baltic Sea States.

Utilisation of Bio Energy in the Baltic Sea Region: Analysis of market development barriers for promotion of RES and bio-energy in Denmark , Germany , Sweden , Finland and Norway . Elaboration of actions and proposals for supportive measures to eliminate market barriers.
