Mr. Kaj Leonhart Petersen

A senior energy planner and management consultant with 27 years of professional experience. He is specialised in energy planning. strategy development, policy development, financial assessment and institutional strengthening. Mr. Petersen has significant experience from the development of the Danish Energy Sector and since 1990 he has also worked on projects in other parts of Europe and in Asia. This has included specific project work as well as project programming and evaluation.

A technical and financial expert with more than 25 years of professional experience. He has a solid background from the Danish district heating sector and extensive experience from Central and Eastern Europe and Asia since 1992. Mr. Munk has worked as a Consultant on numerous DH, CHP, biomass and energy savings projects dealing with design, investment planning, feasibility analysis, financial assessment, procurement and supervision.

A senior energy expert with experience from numerous international projects in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Mr. Daugaard has been managing Danish participation in the European OPET network and this way acquired large experience on sustainable energy practice at European wide level as well as in Asia . Qualifications include in-depth knowledge on energy policies, institutional-building, technology, project development processes, information dissemination and strategy development.

Mrs. Noddekar holds a Masters Degree in Technological and Socio-Economic Planning and has managed to combine this strong, technical background with general project analytical competences throughout her career. She has a unique profile of both institutional, regulatory and socio-economic experience world wide of primarily Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency projects, information dissemination and strategy development.
